I called for an emergency carpet cleaning appointment, and they scheduled me for the very next day. They arrived five minutes early, which is quite impressive! I was already pleased with that. They worked hard to eliminate all stains and odors. While there was a slight smell lingering after the carpet dried, I could see that they did a great job overall.
