I’m very disappointed in this service and would never use them again. Based on the positive reviews, I called and requested a quote which was reasonable. Proof scheduling which was good. But the guy that came out could barely speak English and had to use Google Translate to communicate. I pointed out several spots on my rug and couch that I wanted for him to pay special attention to. I really appreciated how thorough Dwayne was with the carpet cleaning at my home. We have two dogs, and one of them got nervous with a new pet sitter and had a few accidents, which is very unlike him. He was very kind and let me know he had an unexpected emergency, but he stayed in touch, apologized, and got my carpet cleaning rescheduled for the very next day. james took time to explain the whole carpet cleaning process, including the advanced equipment he uses and how it lifts soil from the carpet fibers while leaving the carpets only slightly damp, which meant fast drying time.
