A realtor recommended this carpet cleaning service because we had several tough stains that our last carpet cleaner could not remove. We also needed the work done quickly before listing our condo, and the team was able to fit us in and handle the job on time. Their experience with spot treatment and deep carpet cleaning gave us confidence from the start. James and Dwayne arrived as scheduled, checked the carpet in both bedrooms, treated the problem areas with the right cleaning solution, and then gave each room a complete, ... read more
⚠ SCAM ALERT!!! THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD. OTHER POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE ARE NOT GENUINE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AND GET SCAMMED. Their technician assessed the stains on our carpet and was very confident about removing them. He had us pay for the cleaning upfront, and ended up making holes in the carpet and damaging it. He then went in circles trying to explain the damage. When I called the office to discuss the issue, they said management will call back the same day but they didn't. When I called the next day, they gasl... read more
James and his team at Titans Carpet Care were amazing. My carpets were in rough shape from two cats, a dog, and a lot of foot traffic, but they got them looking fresh and clean again. I’m very particular about clean carpet, floors, and grout, so I really noticed the attention t... read more

But the guy that came out could barely speak English and had to use Google Translate to communicate. I pointed out several spots on my rug and couch that I wanted for him to pay special attention to. He was very acknowledged and was very confident in recommended basic clean vs deeper clean and so I went with his recommendations. Two hours la... read more
I really appreciated how thorough Dwayne was with the carpet cleaning at my home. We have two dogs, and one of them got nervous with a new pet sitter and had a few accidents, which is very unlike him. Dwayne was able to fully treat the pet stains and odor, and that gave me real peace of mind since my 7-month-old is starting to crawl. We had kept our little one away from that area because even after I tried cleaning the carpet myself three times, I still did not feel confident that it was truly clean enough. I reached out for... read more
