Elisa was a great representative, she was well spoken and gave me all of my options. She did not over sell the offer, which I liked and she did not rush me to make a decision. She answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer.
By FAR, the worst company for any type of service. They do not respond. We pay over $200 per month total for our business and home. They had us sign a 5 year contract. DON"T SIGN CONTRACTS WITH THEM. SERVICE IS AWFUL! Tonight our alarm is going off about every 3 minutes. The company that handles their after hours calls, doesn't know anything about how to stop this issue.
