Ordered a fender for my truck. $200. Came damaged and unusable. Applied for a refund and return. They sent me a label, it would cost me $375 to return ship it. Amazon purchase. They are not willing to give me the original purchase price back unless I spend $375 to return it. Don't purchase through them, they don't stand behind damaged parts.
The part I ordered wouldn't work not by fault of the company. It was my fault! The refunded me with no problem!
Order a 2005 c230 driver fender showed up more damaged than the one currently on my Mercedes Benz Kompressor. Honestly looking at the reviews you guys need to find a different profession to be in.
These Asian people are horrible. This is why beware when you order from the Asian market , ordered a part for my car and they sent the wrong part. Then they wanted pictures to make sure that they had made an error. Everytime they respond to my emails, they tell you they are sorry for any inconveniences and that they are working on the case. Please dont order anything from them. Im working on Ebay and Amazon as well to have them flagged as scam. My team is working on this for future customer protection.
I receive the wrong item, I bought the right drive fender and and they send my the left passenger fender!!!!!
