I have been with Titanium Fitness for ten years, and it has been a wonderful experience. My personal trainer is Carley, and I work out with her twice a week. She works on my hips, knees, strength, back, and balance, among other exercises. I am in about as good shape as I can be from her training at 78 years old . The gym is always cleaned and well-maintained. It is rarely crowded. If you are looking for a gym, join here!

I signed up for several personal training classes. It's been an wonderful experience. I've been able to push myself harder than I would ever be able to on my own. The gym is clean, great selection of machines and free weights.
