I did a couple of personal training with Jo, and she did an excellent job. She was personable and had me get out of my comfort zone with some exercises I rarely do, and a couple of exercises I've never done before. Thank you Jo!

I'd put in 10 stars if I could. I live in CO and come back to St Louis a few times a year, and it's increasingly hard to get a day pass at a gym to workout. After driving back and forth around St. Louis looking for a gym, I found Titanium fitness which is near my son's house. They were super welcoming and a pass is $10. Super NICE gym!! Very clean, lots of great equipment, lots of floor space, and only a few people working out. I love it! I will recommend it to my son who lives in St Louis and I will be back. Progress is more than a number on the scale or an additional rep or weight increase... it's very personal. It's confidence, it's commitment and it's giving my all and being present.
