Just as Stephanie Ihrig wrote (another reviewer) I purchased a ring which was described to be "blacked out", specifically the Men's Blacked Out Claddagh ring, and boy was it a disappointment! As you can see in the pictures it's clearly grey. After seeing the ring in person, I decided I would return in part due to it's appearance and after further correspondence their poor customer service and blatantly deceptive business practices cemented my decision.
