Make sure you’re clear on what they’ll charge for diagnostic prior to leaving your car. I was charged for two diagnostics without it being disclosed prior to me leaving my car (they only said one amount). They were not apologetic at all, and although the lady said she’ll look into it she still charged me the full amount. It’s so hard to trust an auto shop and this place is no different.
Great experience, they are thorough and assisted me with the stubborn tire air caps that were stuck and adjusted psi. They noticed i had over inflated the tires. They took time to ensure and educated on correct psi for my tire and vehicule. Jayne and jorge are very welcoming I was worried about doing the transmission flush but all went smoothly next visit belt replacements. Highly recommend giving them a call and get a quote before u visit, the have a rental possibility.
