My second visit today for the general servicing. Their overall system, customer service seems pretty good to me. However, I never went other service center, so I vannoy compare the price or service charge. I believe they charge resonably. Overall, I am happy with their service and quality.
I had a great experience bringing my VW Taos in for new tires. Jane was so friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone. What impressed me most was how well they communicated, they sent text updates with photos and comments throughout the process, which kept me informed every step of the way. It turned out I really needed an alignment, the old tires were in bad shape, but they explained everything clearly and didn’t pressure me.
