Our dancer hasn’t been at Titanium Arts Lab since last season, but I feel it's important for other parents to know what they might be stepping into. This studio was consistently disorganized and unprofessional, private lessons and classes were often canceled last-minute, sometimes just an hour before start time and after you had paid $$. Do not recommend this dance studio. The owner will not refund people, she needs to get off her high horse. Coach’s are quitting, majority of people are leaving. We received emails stating they almost closed. Do the right thing and give people their hard earned money back!
Do not enrol your child at Titanium Arts Lab! My granddaughter was enrolled here. An email was received stating the studio is in financial hard ship. They will not refund my daughter in law even though the season has not started, teachers are quitting and can not meet the requirements they promised. There is no communication from the business manager or the owner. Their fees are the highest in Simcoe County. Please be aware. I do not want this happening to other parents.
