Booked a first come, first serve load for delivery Friday 08-1700. They send a rate sheet showing an appointment @1700 not first come, first serve. We asked multiple times if this is an appointment. They did respond, but not to that question. One of them finally told us the truth that the load actually delivers the following day (Saturday) at 1000. The terminal manager took no responsibility for his team being dishonest. Reflected it and continued on. I would stay away from them. Dishonest, and unprofessional. We need these ... read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL brokerage. Genuinely wish there was a purge for brokers like this. Booked a load and I ALWAYS check the rate con to make sure my trailer is suitable for the shipper because that's what professional businesses people do. What unprofessional businesses, like this broker did, is they don't send you a TONU FOR THEIR MISTAKE even though it clearly states on the rate con -Clean, dry, odor free trailer- (Nothing about no wood walls). We booked a load with this company from Pharr TX - Spring Hill TN. The load was picked up at around 9:45 am central time. They kept sending messages asking if we would get there at 10 pm that same night and i told them, that was impossible. Throughout the trip the driver would get periodic reminder to update tracking and he did except for when he went off duty for a nap and etc. Driver managed to get the load to the receiver a little before 1pm the following day.
