I went there for the first time this weekend. I waited over 25 minutes before they moved me to the "spa chair" where I sat there another 5 minutes. No water was put in- I just sat there waiting. I wasn't told a word about how much longer it would be. I don't have the luxury of devoting a few hours at a nail salon so I gathered my things and was about to leave when someone FINALLY rushed to the chair and said "I do your nails now" but by then I was too annoyed and left anyway.
