When we came in for a treat, we were not greeted or acknowledged. Manager on duty, Braden was walking around in circles while customers were waiting in a long line to place their orders at the kiosk as no one was at the registers to help anyone with cash or card while the kiosk was being use. Kimberly and Peaches were steadily making the orders and serving customers with a good attitude, but Manager was not helping to control the lines or take care of customers. An adjunct to the massive Titanic Museum. A very bright attractive ice cream parlor. Space is evenly divided between the ice cream and snack food, gift shop. Very clean rest rooms. The ice cream is hard scoop serve style and sold by the scoop. It is more expensive than we are used to. And some of the toppings are odd. I ordered cheery topping and got a handful or marachinno cherries instead of the more conventional cherries in syrup. The caramel topping on a second Sunday was conventional.
