Bad service good food though we ordered 1 butter pecan scoop in cone they gave it in bowl then we asked for receipt to show her and she just walked away bad service good ice cream

It’s convenient if you’re going to the Titanic Museum, but it’s definitely overpriced. I love chocolate ice cream & it honestly tasted exactly like the vanilla. I’d recommend Ben & Jerry’s for true flavors & value for the price.
Crowded with no seating. Waited in line to order on the kiosk because noone would take orders at the counter. Bought a banana split for $15 to share with my wife. Complete waste of money. They make this thing look huge but in reality it's 4 tiny scoops of ice cream surrounded by about half a banana cut into slices and put edge up in the container that's covered with a ton of whipped cream all setting on some sponge cake. Great ice cream shop with incredible decor and friendly staff. I had a banana split fashioned with various goodies to resemble the Titanic that was both visually appealing and delicious.
