At this point customer service is absolute trash, order was showing backorder on 10/6/2025, was changed to processing the next day has been like this since, have tried getting someone on the phone as the number listed says if immediate assistance is need please call although noone will answer, have left voice messages along with submitting customer support forms also no reply apparently all they have is an automated messaging systems, at this point I will not be placing anymore orders with this company, guess you get what yo... read more
They sent the wrong hoses, and there's no contact phone number. They don't answer emails.
These guys are horrible. I ordered a part and got an email that said my order was processing. After a week with no communication I go to the site and find it's back ordered. I fill out a customer contact sheet and am supposed to get a reply in a day. No reply in 2-3 days so I get back online and see that they've cancelled my order again with no communications. I found what I needed from a different supplier just now but I've wasted 2 weeks. Bad, bad service!!!!!
