After sales service is very bad
I went there to buy a watch. For one thing i did not like the staff behaviour. Staff is neither trained to provide customers a good experience nor they can handle kids. Cherry on top is inventory is very very limited. If you tell about brand of watch and budget, you will have not more than 3 - 4 items to choose from. It is primarily a specs shop; other things seems to be very limited.
