Rating below 1 or negative is what this store deserves. The staff and store manager - rude and liars. Ruining TITAN brand image. Never visit this store. I just told 3 of my friends to avoid this store completely..also escalating it further for selling a faulty defective product and then blaming customers. DID NOT EXPECT SUCH EXPERIENCE from a brand like TITAN WATCHES. for a small part not returned with the watch , the technician, sales executive ( jigar) and murtuza - store Manager lied that the part was actually shown to me... read more
I am not happy with the service. When I submitted my watch, I was told the repair would take 10 days, but it actually took 25 days. After the delay, they also said that a part was not available from Titan. The communication and time commitment were not handled well. I expected better service and clearer updates.
