I had a very disappointing experience with Titan. When I purchased a pair of spectacles, the payment was deducted from my bank account. However, the store informed me that their payment slip had not been generated, so they could not see the transaction in their system. They probably don’t know their work. Went to change my watch battery and they refused to change it because the glass had a small crack. Went to another titan store and BOOM..!! They changed it in 5 mins. Staffs were very courteous though.
