Staff so rude, as if they are the owner of titan company. They can't even afford a sonata watch and and judging people according to the outfit they wear. Such bias and rude costumer service I have never encountered in my life. Even government employees are better than your staffs

Horrible Customer Service – Utterly Disrespectful! I have visited many stores in my life, but I have never experienced such terrible and insulting behavior as I did today. The staff here judged me and tried to humiliate me. They literally made remarks about my financial status , implying that the items were too expensive for me and that I couldn't afford them. I visited the Titan showroom in Thangmeiband today and left feeling deeply insulted. Instead of being assisted, I was met with mocking looks and a judgmental attitude from the staff. It was clear they assumed I couldn't afford their products based on my appearance. A brand like Titan should represent class and inclusivity, but this specific branch lacks basic human decency and professional training. I am heartbroken by the way I was treated and will not be returning.
