I had a very disappointing experience at this Titan Helios showroom and would like to share it so that other customers can be cautious. I visited the showroom only to get the battery of my watch replaced. During the battery replacement process, the watch technician Mr. Paneerselvam handled my watch and later informed me that all the small hands on the chronograph dial had supposedly fallen off.
