Steffy customer service was so good …friendly….one of the best customer service….
Will not recommend for service. Gave two watch (one Fastrack and another brand) for battery replacement. Both watches were dual mode one. For Fastrack one they couldn't fix the seconds needle which came of by itself and asked us to visit another store for service. And the other brand watch, they spoilt the digital display saying it was already like that while it was working perfectly before giving to them. Also used wrong tool to open.
