Went for changing batteries for 4 of my titan watches at 3:25 pm. Was informed that it was lunch time. And nobody is there to attend for half an hour, as informed by Naseema, I think. Pretty odd about the time and reply. Took a U turn and gave it at opposite Zimson. Think the showroom people need to be a little more inviting...
Very bad customer service. They treat customer very poorly.
Best place to purchase Titan watches. Plenty of modles and collections. Purchased a beautiful watch for my daughter.
I came to buy a Titan watch after watching the Titan series, which made the purchase feel quite emotional and special to me. The experience at the store made it even more memorable. Heera was excellent—very patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything about the watch and the values behind Tata’s customer service. Really happy with my purchase and the wonderful experience. Thank you, Heera and Team Titan! ❤️⌚
Excellent experience with Heera mam from start to finish. The staff was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — they took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions without being pushy. The showroom itself was clean and well-organized, and the whole process felt smooth and professional. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great watch and even better service!"
