I had a very disappointing experience at the Titan watch store. The male salesperson had a very poor attitude and did not seem interested in helping customers. He kept a dull and unwelcoming face the entire time, as if he didn’t want to be there. Customer service is very important in retail, and unfortunately the service here was far from satisfactory. I hope the management looks into this and improves the customer experience.
