Good service team
Worst service .they charged me for small chain tight work in watch usually it would be free of cost in any other showroom and the sales women had made scratches on my chain for this small adjustment work.Highly not recommended this titan world in Avinashi road, coimbatore.
The atmosphere of the store was extremely uncomfortable, the sales staff were judging customers based on the prices of the watches they were looking for. Mocking the customer for having a set budget limit and Giving no privacy. The staff do not know what a specific complication is supposed to be. I will never again be visiting this steaming pile of dump, my advice go to Zimson, they handle customers far better than these so called “Experts”
