I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service at this establishment. I purchased a watch here, but the color completely faded within just three months of regular use. Despite the item still being under warranty, the store refused to offer a replacement. They appear to sell low-quality items at premium prices, and I highly advise against shopping here.
Horrible experience at the shop. I visited to report a watch chain that had lost its colour within the warranty period. We were attended by Mr. Shyam , whose behaviour was highly unprofessional & unacceptable. He claimed the watch was copper-plated and that colour fading was normal. When I asked why this wasn't disclosed during the purchase he replied, "Sir, can we tell customers all the actual things while selling?" Such a response is completely unacceptable. Best Service! "I visited the shop to get batteries replaced for three of my watches and received incredible service. I didn't catch his name, but the technician was a total gem—highly knowledgeable and so dedicated that he stayed working until 10 PM to ensure everything was perfect. It's rare to find that level of commitment. I’m extremely happy; it was easily my best experience yet!"
