We've been coming here for many years. However, of late, the servicing suffers like anything. We purchased 2 new watches. Both had issues within the first week. In the last 1 month we've visited this store multiple times for getting the watches to function well. Today, it's the heights. We left our watch again for some adjustments. When we came back to the store at 4:45 pm, the store asks us to wait for 45 mins because the service person has gone for lunch!!! Seriously! This is a Tata company & such is the level of service!
