Staff is good and name himanshu and good stock nice experience
I got rimless glasses made in 2025 and within 8 months it broke. Instead of fixing it they asked me to pay 5 k and get new frames. I got it fixed from another shop for 200 bucks. They are big cheaters. Beware.
Worst costumer care service by this branch I purchased a smart watch which stopped working by its own and it is within warranty i am asking them to reapir or replace it from last 3 months they don’t have any answer haven’t even touched watch to just check it Poor service 👎
