Watch was good
I had a very disappointing experience at this showroom. I went there only to get my watch battery replaced. The battery itself cost just ₹10, but the staff replaced it without informing me about any service charges in advance. After the work was done, I was surprised to be charged ₹267 as a service fee. Customers deserve to know the full cost before any work is carried out. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Any reputable business should clearly explain all charges before proceeding with the work. This kind of practice damages customer trust and leaves a very negative impression.
