Pathetic store experience , staff talking about movies and personal issues without doing billing
One of the worst place to shop. The 2 lady staff at the billing counter dressed in black chudidars are extremely rude, unprofessional and untrained.I went to get my 2 titan watches one of which I bought online around 6 months back repaired .. requiring a minor battery change. I I told them to check if it is covered under warranty or I am willing to pay the service charge . I have told this clearly upon entering the store to the lady and the person who repaired the watch .
