Staff is very polite.. enthusiastic for their work..ready to show the articles.. I purchased 2 wrist watch from here..good experience.
Was disappointed with the service I was turned away twice for simple watch strap adjustment for my new Titan watch. They kept making excuses of broken took kit or missing staff and were reluctant to adjust the strap until I persisted.
