Worst service and worst experience actually I took watch there so I gone to exchange the watch but the way talking of owner r manger I don’t know he don’t have basic sense how to talk vth customer he was so rude seriously we should not visit that store seriously highly disappointed worst store
Store is big. We get to see lots of options to select watches. Service was good too

I wish I could give a negative rating. Unprofessional staff. Unsatisfactory experiences. The staff, especially the store manager does not care about customers. I had purchased a watch in Oct 2025, and there was discoloration on the wrist band in only 2 months. They took over a month to replace it, and even after they did, it got discolored in 3 months. And when I went again to get it replaced, the store manager said "we only repair/replace once during warranty". And he was not even professionally speaking. How can customers ... read more
