There are many stores of Titan World but this store in Kamla Nagar is best. I went there for getting my Tommy Hilfiger watch repaired which had manufacturing defect and bought it online. The staff was polite actually the people in repair section, manager and Other people. They took ownership and made sure that the resolution is provided, they shared accurate information to set correct expectations.
