Visited this Titan World outlet recently to look at some new collections and had a fantastic experience. The showroom is well-organized, but what made the visit truly great was the customer service. Ravi guided me through the options with a lot of patience he really understood what I was looking for, wasn't pushy at all, and helped me make the right choice. Highly recommended store, and a special shoutout to Ravi for the excellent service!
Titan care has one employee. He says "itna Barik dekhenge to chand pr bhi daag dikhega" rather than answering the query or repair or any suggestions. I never ever experienced this kind of comments from any titan or TATA employee. Im the regular customer of this store in Kalyani nagar but next time will not visit this place.
