As a loyal, long-time Titan customer, my recent purchase has been deeply disappointing. I bought a watch as a gift, but the strap adjustment mechanism was faulty. When I took it to the store, the staff dismissed the issue and claimed "that’s just how the watch is." They even suggested I visit a local repair shop every time I need to adjust the length. This unacceptable service makes me regret choosing Titan.
