My issue is with the billing, when asked why do they need a number for the billing... They were it's for the e-bill, when I told I'm not comfortable in sharing the number they just inisted for my number... When I told em that I will just take a picture instead then they were like "okay" Which in short means they collect your personal info for sales and marketing which is personal data exploitation. I suggest y'all to not give your number for billing
Initially I went to this place for a battery replacement for my Fastrack watch and the digital display stopped working in 2 months and when I asked to pull up my details in their system they said my details don't exist which I found suspicious. Eventually I got it repaired because of the emotional connection I have with the watch.
