Today I went for changing battery of my titan watch. Staff told here only sales, no service available. They said to go to Urapakkam. I thanked the staff for the information.
One of the worst showroom . Given my watch which falls under warranty period, their reply was to visit urapakkam showroom to get ready my watch which falls in warranty period. Showroom incharge lady was not bothered and she simply asked me to raise a complaint. Change her behaviour or else she will face the consequences. Need a owner of this showroom number. Or else I will raise the complaint further unless my issues resolved
