The store is decent with plenty of options, and it very much ends there, as the personnel responsible for the store and pretty much useless, it was a gift ,thats how I ended up in this store otherwise I would never spend my hard earned money on such people. Staff is arrogant, and never attending to customer until you call out to them, they will never give you a fresh piece and in my case they sold me a defe time item- a moon phase watch whose moon phase does not function. The collection is good, but the staff do not seem interested in assisting customers. They were busy on their phones instead of attending to us. Even after we requested to see some watches, the staff member serving another customer asked his colleague to help us, but the colleague ignored the request. This was a very disappointing customer experience. Better customer service and attentiveness are needed.
