Really disappointing customer service experience. The staff were not friendly and were not willing to explain or share details about the products. It felt like they were uninterested in helping customers
I bought a watch for my friend as a wedding gift. The online site showed a delayed delivery, so my friend contacted the Kottayam branch, and they helped us by arranging the stock and delivering it to my friend before her wedding. I am thankful to Mr. Sony and the team.
