Rima Barman the receptionist was very rude and full of attitude. I went to adjust the belt size of my brand new watch, without asking she changed the battery which was working fine, and charged me the amount. Upon asking she said the battery was down so I changed. Avoid visiting this particular store. All the employees are unwelcoming and no salesmanship.
