I've had an incredible experience with Titan Windows and Doors. They have made everything fast and convenience for me and my tenant. They are fast, on time with their appointment, and responsive. I can't say enough good words about them. My #1 recommendation for anyone who wants their doors and windows fixed or replaced.
Initial contact May 23, 2022. No windows yet . They are in the warehouse since late September. First install was to be October 4, cancelled. 2nd in stall today October 7. At 2pm to be completed by 3:30 pm. No show , no communication. Totally disappointed. No one answers when I call San Antonio, Texas office.
Titan came highly recommended. Gerry was prompt in setting up an app't to measure and provide an estimate. We were pleased with the estimate and signed a contract and much to our surprise NO DEPOSIT was required. On installation date (11 windows + 3 glass-block basement windows) a crew of men arrived on time, each with a specialization. Tarps covered all of our floors (hardwood + carpets). We hired Titan Windows to install some new ProVia windows, and a beautiful new Picture window with side casements in my Pipersville, PA home. They came out and measured, explained all of my different options, then the windows were ordered and came in, in a timely fashion. Titan Windows and Doors, led by Gerald and his team recently completed an exterior renovation of our home consisting of windows, siding, shutters, porch and soon to be installed new front door.
