Hands down the best warehouse gym i have come across, there is plenty of new, clean equipment for every style of exercise/weightlifting you could want.

This was hands down the best gym I've ever been to. It's clean, offers a multitude of equipment for each muscle group and the people there are very friendly and welcoming. Their day passes are very reasonable and Michele is very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend Titan Up to anyone looking for a great workout in a clean, well maintained facility. My sons and I will definitely be back next time we're in the area!

Awesome gym Had great workouts while visiting Definitely will train at this facility when relocating to the area Owners are awesome and the gym has something to offer everyone, even an old gym rat like me 😎

As the GM of the New Bern Southpaws, my college athletes came to New Bern from all over the Country. The first thing they asked for was where they could work out. Titan Up Athletics stepped up and was a great partner during the season. We look forward to working with them each and every Summer!
