To be honest, this shop has great, affordable parts, and that’s why they are so popular and why I keep coming back here for my truck. I actually met the owner once, and he was an incredibly nice, polite, and respectful gentleman. However, the employees at the counter seriously need to match his level of professionalism. It is very frustrating to walk in and find only one person working at the customer desk, which creates a huge bottleneck.
