Made an appt at least 2 months in advance to have a flat tow system set up on our jeep and a kayak rack with carrier installed for a bill of over 7,000$ " tow vehicle was present at consultation" . Shortly before our appt the tech apparently had to take a vacation so we had to adjust our appt. This came way after we told them we sold our house, bought a motorhome and planned on going fulltime RVrs. One of the worst online ordering experiences I have ever had. I placed Order #3026548 more than 15 days ago for WeatherTech window deflectors and received absolutely NO communication from this company. No shipping updates, no emails, no phone calls, nothing. They charged my card immediately and kept my money the entire time while apparently knowing the item was not even available. I was Having problems with break controller applying breaks to tow car thanks to Larry Naccarato and his great crew digging into the puzzle they found the issue and fixed it, great work thanks to Titan trucks I highly recommend their shop Bill Degnan
Was able to get a bulkhead put in within a few days of my call. They did great!
