Barry and the crew are fantastic. I’ve been a repeat customer for 7 years, and will be a customer for life. They took the time to answer all my questions, for the big items like my snow plow set up, to the little items like the right hitch and shackles for getting my new truck set up for towing my existing trailer.
Got a whole new plow setup last fall, almost $20k spent, they messed up the wiring. After leaving multiple voicemails over the past year to get this resolved with both the sales associate and the company, we have had no call back even though we have a two season warranty. Absolutely horrible customer service at this point, and as of right now, we will not be getting another plow set up through Titan. I'd love to change this review if they ever decide to return voicemails and back their work...
