Professional service!
Very unprofessional customer service. I came in looking for a part. One of the other gentlemen had to stop the older guy from having his chit chat, which obviously upset him, He then looked me up and down and said, we don't have anything and immediately I went back to his conversation and sent me on my way. Definitely not coming back to this place.
I was assisted by Trey with setting up the new plumbing vans for our company. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process going as far as helping load the units into my van.
I've had a few opportunities to work with Titan Truck and count on Eric Cox for his expertise and advice!
