This is hands down one of best gyms I have ever been too. The culture and atmosphere is just amazing. Never at a gym have i made so many friends. The best part in my opinion is that you can ask for tips from anyone at the gym and you are responded with a smile. This may not be the biggest gym in town but it near like feels like another home.
The owner, Paul, is so knowledgeable and willing to help anyone in his gym- no matter the skill or knowledge level. Titan has the BEST vibe & is the ultimate place to be motivated and find a group of likeminded athletes!!

Only real gym in Forney. From powerlifting, bodybuilding, crossfit to the average Joe, this gym is what a gym should be. Great people that hype you up for your lift, great vibes and an owner who's constantly improving the gym by either expanding or adding more equipment.
Best gym in the area! The culture and coaches are simply amazing! They have tons of class options ranging from yoga, HIIT, HYROX, and even CrossFit style classes! There’s also a wide variety of equipment and a lock with pads that allows for 24/7 access! Give them a try if you haven’t!
