Receiving department and guard shack are very nice and friendly. However, this location has the worst rules for truckers out of all the Titan plants i I have delivered to. The receiving office opens at 7am, but you cant get to the docks until after 7:20am due to some weird rule about no trucks until then because of shift change. Im sorry if you’re an adult working in a factory you should be competent enough to walk into work and not get ran over. The same can be said for truck drivers not hitting pedestrians. Easy location just off US 20 No trucks near the gate near shift change (6:40-7:20/2:40-3:20/1040-11:20) stay on frontage road 24 hr drop and hook Overnight parking allowed
