Carl's giving terrible advice.
I can’t say enough positive things to do them justice. The trainers, Matt, Cross, Cindy, and Carl at Titan Tactical Strength And Conditioning are the best!! In about 11 months I have lost weight, lost inches but most importantly gained muscle and strength! And I did it the right way, slow and steady. I’m setting myself up for the future as I age. If you want the best fitness facility in the area you need to check out Titan!
Going to Titan Tactical has completely changed my life. Matt took the time to find out what I was looking for and made a plan and helped me achieve and then surpass all my goals. I recently turned 50 and haven't felt this good since I was in my 20's. I also had shoulder pain and weakness which I thought was going to be for life and now it's gone and stronger than ever. I could go on and on about this place but I'm exhausted from another killer workout and I'm going to bed. 💪
I joined Titan tactical last November and I haven’t looked back. I enjoy the small group classes. Matt makes sure you are doing the workouts properly and pushes you when necessary. At the present time I am in Women on weights and am looking to add another class as time allows. This is the first gym that I look forward to attending workouts. Thanks Titan tactical for helping me achieve my goals!!
