Finally got my 38' x 65 ' Titan Steel Structure installed & finished with 4" Spray-in Insulation. I purchased a 40 x 60 red iron building with 14 foot side walls from Titan Steel structures. I had made some changes and put doors on the sides and because of this they had to change some of the structure. There were some brackets that were installed incorrectly, and when they verified that was the case, I hired a welder to fix it and they paid the bill right away. The receptionist should not be answering the phone. She has poor customer relation skills and fails to listen to the needs of the caller. Then becomes condescending and loud to the caller which would be a paying customer but now will never use your company because the receptionist shouldn’t be interacting with people.
