I have been calling for weeks now, more than half of our panels are not working. We’ve been told you’re out of business. This has been decidedly the absolute worst decision and the most expensive. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general.
Going on three years and my solar system is still not working properly. No answers or restitution. The system is producing less than halve of the power intended. I guess I’ll have to sue for any results.
UPDATE: Titan won’t return emails or phone calls to even discuss the issue. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! AVOID!! They did not follow proper local utility procedures and they screwed up my application to Austin Utilities. It took over 6 months to get my solar panels installed AND i won't get my $2500 rebate. Still waiting for them to respond to my calls and emails. Very INCOMPETENT! Update: They responded below, and I have reached out to them (again) They still won't respond via email or phone.
Worst experience with a contractor ever. I am a contractor my self and kept my cool with everyone I have dealt with at titan. All the way to the ladies who have called numerous times. The crew who installed the power wall put 2 holes in my front loft area. Also no one ever came to show us how the system worked. Just very disappointed with the service overall. Regret it 100%. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!
This company does not communicate internally when managing and finishing a job. I, personally have been still without a final install at my property for 6 months, yet I have been fully charged for a completed job for the past 6 months resulting in Solar panel payments and electricity bill payments. Doubling my monthly electricity payment. Today, January 26, 2023, we are now having to reschedule my final install for the 2nd or 3rd time. All I can say is Titan has helped make this a horrible experience.
