Absolute joke of a company. They were decent before 2022. No idea what happened. They can’t finish anyone’s circuit breakers now. Team 27 did our solar panel installation today. They worked 10.5 hours and it was 104F. Good, hard working professionals.
Going with Titan Solar is one of my biggest regrets about anything. It is a nightmare from every aspect. It has made life HELL. I’ll add details and photos later.
We moved into our home in 2021 and had to take over the loan payments on the solar system. The seller indicated how much they spent a month on electric. Since we have been in the home our bills have been double and I feel the system may not be working correctly. I have talked to SRP and they said that by their information the system is too small of the home and was told that we should only be using the big electric items before 2PM during the week (no one is usually home at that time so nothing is being used). Titan Solar Panel are unreliable and do not have the courtesy to call about my roofing project. They were told in April of my install date and still no date on when the Uninstall and reinstall Do not use Titan. They received their money and leave you high and dry!
