Horrible customer support and customer service. I’ve called and sent emails to them and they never answered or even called me back to get the wiring fixed. I would have never done business with this company if I would’ve looked into the company more and carefully read into them. The people working for them don’t care about their work ethic either. Here are a couple of examples of their work and the panels are not even working because of the wiring.

This company is a pretty terrible solar company. Everything they twll you is a lie. From saying it will replace power bill to increasing home value. It took them 4 months to finally get it operational. There customer service is pretty much non existing. We had to call the finance company multiple times to put in a complaint.

Liars, said the panels would replace our electric bill. They have been generating $1 a month. In addition, they put the metal box and pipe on the front of our home. I added a picture so you could see where they put the box and pipe. Very unsightly, who wants to drive up to their home and see this and have friends and family drive up to see this.

This company has taken over a 100 days to do a final inspection to have my panel tuned on have called several times to get answer still no response on a date 100 days thats poor service in my opinion
