Stored here for 3 years, it was simple and easy to get in and out of the facility. Anytime I needed to talk to someone the customer service was helpful.
Horrible customer service! Planned a whole tow with my camper to the storage facility after countless correspondence with the phone guy. We told him it was time sensitive and were paying for a $180 tow. We signed the lease agreement with them and then we get to the gate and the phone guy decides to just fall off radar! Left us in the burning hot summer sun with our very busy tow guy for an hour plus at their gate with no answer from.them! Uncouth, unprofessional and unethical. Stored here for 3 years, prices do go up every 6 months it seems, beware of that. Upon moving out of the unit, my unit had a lot of mouse damage, ruined my couch and some clothes. I paid for my insurance directly w/ Titan and when making my claim the insurance company said my policy was dropped July of 2023! Beware of storing here.
I've been here a few years now. The place is maintained and not usually busy, and no sketchy people/things going on like some other places.
Only used a short time. Very clean facility
