Excellent service and an awesome product. We had a small issue with ours when delivered contacted them and they sent a replacement, then followed up. Awesome service.

I had a problem with my black jack trailer jack. I emailed ashley from spare parts an he was excellent to deal. I had the problem sorted with out any worries. Highly recommend online buying with Titan.

Highly recommended for their service. Thanjs Ashley. We had an issue with the Blackjack that couldn't be repaired so they sent us a new jack. Arrived in Busselton within 2 days from Qld. Can't get better than that.
