Bought a house in April of 24 come aug of 24 I needed a roof. The home inspector did a crap job. But hey I called up Titian. So Tim came out and did an awesome job . He gets the job done fast and is very professional. Here we are a year later and he checks to see how the roof is doing! Now that’s some customer service right there.
Positive experience, start to finish. Burt, the Titan rep, was knowledgeable & took time to answer questions & offer advice. No pressure. Crew worked efficiently & answered questions about what was going where. Did thorough cleanup before leaving. Would do biz with again.
We worked with Tim Frederick from Titan. He worked with us through our roofing project from the first quote until our roof and gutters were completed. He made the process easy and worry free. The roofing team tore out the old shingles and completely reroofed our house and installed gutters within 3 days of when they started. We were very impressed with the speed and quality of work.
Drew Young inspected our roof after a storm and was able to get us fully approved through our insurance for new roof and gutters. He made this entire process very easy and stress-free. We definitely recommend Titan Roofing and ask for Drew Young. Thank you.
