I an absolutely grateful for this company. They were very professional and respectful. They have the customers' best interest at heart, especially working with insurance . Thank you Kyle, Dillon, and tyler for taking care of everything. Even with all the expected events, you guys worked together and got the job done in a timely manner. Great group of guys and great company!
Great experience.. Derick and Zach helped me so much getting me a complete new roof… and I will tell you, they worked hard for me, fighting All State …was a long fight, but they came through with a TKO…And the installation went Great… Awesome crew…..
Brian at Titan Roofing is amazing. Everytime we called or texted he got right with us and did everything necessary to make any issues right. We had to have some inside work done on our flat roof sunroom due to leaking, which took a bit but finally got it taken care of. Not from lack of folks coming out to fix it, but just crazy issues. Titan Interiors came out, under the initial estimated repairs needed from Jason, and checking for any moisture. Andy and his team came out and made our sunroom look brand new again. We had a great experience. We appreciated that they were part of the insurance inspection process. Everyone we spoke to was kind and their sales team was very responsive. This was our first time replacing a roof and we were glad to have a helpful sales team walking us through the process.
