I worked with Greg Pierpoint from Titan Roofing. After finding storm damage, I agreed to move forward with an insurance claim, but I later realized I was locked into a contract with a 20% fee if I didn’t use their company. This was never clearly explained upfront. I felt misled. This wasn’t about helping me, it was about closing a deal. Be very cautious and read every line if you’re considering working with them. Tim Frederick was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided excellent customer service after the April 9 hailstorm that damaged my roof. Not only did Tim handle talking with my insurance company and adjuster to secure a new roof, he tarped my damaged roof himself. He also checked on the tarp and its effectiveness after several heavy rains before my new roof went on. He communicated timely and thoroughly and was a true professional.
