Titan Roofing recently put a new roof on our house and on our shed. We worked with Dillon Mintz throughout the process, and he made everything easy for us. He came to our house several times and was always courteous and professional. He did a great job explaining every detail to us so that we understood what they would do for us, and there were no surprises. Homeowners, please be cautious when working with Titan Roofing (also known as Titan Commercial Roofing). I’m currently involved in a legal matter with this company, so I’ll only share facts about my own experience. I signed paperwork with one of their representatives, Greg Pierpoint, after being told it was part of the process. No roofing work has ever been performed by Titan on my property. We would like to thank Tim Frederick and Titan Roofing for the excellent job they did repairing our roof and gutters from a hail storm, We had a issue with our insurance company and Tim handled it in professional manner that impressed us greatly. We have tried to contact owner and mangers for 6 weeks to get our money refunded. The general manager Alan Crabtree confirmed Titan Roofing was in breach of contract because they had not installed our roof in over 16 weeks and they were unable to get the colors we picked. Titans own people warned us about doing business with Titan. No one will contact us back. Heather Townsend has been unprofessional when my wife called. Bought a house in April of 24 come aug of 24 I needed a roof. The home inspector did a crap job. But hey I called up Titian. So Tim came out and did an awesome job . He gets the job done fast and is very professional. Here we are a year later and he checks to see how the roof is doing! Now that’s some customer service right there.
